That neuro-symbolic architecture is what the Auracare CDSS runs on. Every signal is encoded onto the clinical ontology, the terminology medicine already agrees on (SNOMED CT, ICD-11, HPO, LOINC), and the core reasons over the knowledge graph, so every answer traces back to a named source.

Auracare didn’t start with a digital twin. It started with twenty pharmacies, a wall we couldn’t move, and everything we learned on the way.
We began inside UK primary care, building NHS data tooling and a pharmacy prescribing product with automated clinical notes.
Our prior venture reached twenty-eight UK pharmacies, including a regional director, and taught us the structural gaps inside a public health system first-hand.
We had already built out our aggregation product, but the NHS gates its API behind contracts that only renew in 2028. Rather than wait, we shelved that line, knowing everything we had built was a foundation we could build on.
A new direction: two products on one patient model, Auracle for people and the Auracare CDSS for clinicians.
